We operate and own a 75% interest in the Abu Al Bukhoosh (ABK) field offshore Abu Dhabi.

We own a 10% stake in the concession of the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations Ltd (ADCO, renamed ADNOC Onshore in 2017). The concession covers Abu Dhabi's 15 main onshore fields and represents more than half of the emirate's production.

We hold a 13.33% interest in the concession of Abu Dhabi Marine Areas Ltd (ADCO, renamed ADNOC Offshore in 2017), which operates two of Abu Dhabi's main offshore fields: Umm Shaif & Nasr (20%) and Lower Zakum (5%)

We own a 15% stake in Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd (GASCO, renamed ADNOC Gas Processing in 2017), which produces natural gas liquids and condensate from the associated gas from ADNOC Onshore.

We hold a 5% interest in the Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (ADGAS, renamed ADNOC LNG in 2017), which processes associated gas produced by ADNOC Offshore into liquefied natural gas (LNG), natural gas liquids (NGLs) and condensate.

We have a 5% interest in the National Gas Shipping Company (NGSCO), which has a fleet of eight LNG carriers and exports the LNG produced by ADNOC LNG.

We own a 24.5% stake in Dolphin Energy Ltd, which transports and sells Qatari gas to the United Arab Emirates.

We own a 20% interest in the Taweelah A1 power generation and seawater desalination plant. 

The plant has a rated generation capacity of 1,600 megawatts and a seawater desalination capacity of 385,000 cubic meters a day. It covers about 10% of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s electricity and drinking water needs.
 

We market jet fuel, lubricants and special fluids in the United Arab Emirates. We also provide logistics and related technical services to Gulf customers.

We hold a 20% interest in Shams 1, one of the world’s biggest concentrated solar power plants, located 120 kilometers southwest of Abu Dhabi.
 

We market petrochemicals in the United Arab Emirates. We also market products sourced from our South Korean joint venture in the country.

In addition, we are active in the fertilizer market through our 33.33% interest in Ruwais Fertilizer Industries (Fertil), which produces urea and ammonia.

We purchase crude oil and petroleum products in the United Arab Emirates.
