Renewables & electricity

In Nigeria, we are developing several solar projects, including the construction of the Katsina solar power plant in the northwest of the country, and rural electrification projects via our affiliate Total Eren.

Our affiliate Maxeon Solar Technologies also markets solar panels in the country.

Gas & green gas

In Nigeria, we are shareholders in the Nigeria LNG natural gas liquefaction plant, from which we purchase LNG under long-term supply agreements.

Oil and biofuels

In Nigeria, we hold interests in around 30 oil mining leases, five of which we operate: onshore OML 58 and offshore OMLs 99, 100, 102 and 130.

We are also shareholders in the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) joint venture.

Specialty, petroleum and bio-based products

In Nigeria, we operate two lubricant blending plants, and we possess several petroleum product depots.
