We are one of the main gas operators and producers in the Netherlands.

We have interests in 24 offshore production licenses, of which 20 operated, and one offshore exploration license (K1c, 30%).

Operated blocks K1/J3A (8%), K4-K5 (50%), K6 (16%), F15 (3%) and L4-L7 (13%) are the biggest contributors to gas production.

We hold a 14.75% interest in the Anglo-Dutch Markham field, from which our non-operated gas production originates.

The gas produced is exported to the coast by the NGT, WGT and NOGAT pipeline systems. We have interests in certain sections of these pipelines:
- 4.66% in the initial WGT pipeline
- 23% in the WGT extension pipeline

We market natural gas and power to industrial and commercial customers in the Netherlands and supply gas to nearly 17,000 locations and power to over 12,000 locations.

We also sell the gas produced by the K4-K5 and E17 fields to our UK-based gas trading affiliate, including on behalf of our partners.

We have a 55% interest in the Vlissingen refinery (Zeeland Refinery, ZR). Its close proximity to our Antwerp Refinery makes it easier for us to swap feedstock. Most of the crude oil is imported from the Middle East, Russia, West Africa, the North Sea and the Caspian Sea.

As part of our petrochemicals business, we also market products sourced from our Qatari and South Korean joint ventures.

We are active in specialty chemicals through our affiliate Hutchinson, which specializes in elastomer processing.

We have a network of close to 360 service stations in the Netherlands.

We also market petroleum products and related services, including:
- Petroleum products for general retail sale
- Lubricants
- Asphalt
- Jet fuel
- Special fluids

We fully own PitPoint B.V., a company that markets natural gas vehicle fuel.

We created a joint venture with Corbion to produce bioplastics called polylactic (PLA) polymers.

We are also involved in consortiums that study microalgae cultivation, such as our teaming up with Wageningen University in the Netherlands to launch the AlgaePARC project. The project aims to develop a new procedure that is more effective than existing solutions in terms of technological, cost and energy performance, thereby facilitating the deployment of this technology on an industrial scale in order to manufacture everyday products using microalgae.
