Glendronach: a significant discovery located in the U.K

Glendronach can be developed quickly with the existing infrastructure around the Edradour field and the Laggan-Tormore facilities of the Shetland Gas Plant. Arnaud Breuillac, President E&P, tells more about this project.

The Glendronach Discovery
in the West of Shetland, in the UK,
is very important for Total
as we will be able to tie-back this discovery
directly to existing infrastructures.

The Glendronach field is just underneath Edradour
which is already producing
so we canimmediately valorize the gas.

After Laggan and Tormore,
we had Edradour and Glenlivet
and now we will be able to add Glendronach.

Its also an opportunity to illustrate
how efficient our exploration team has been
in this region where we have historical knowledge.
We are demonstrating that we can add value
very quickly to the portfolio.

We have other prospects in the area
and hope we will be
as successful as we have been on Glendronach.
