An interview with Marie-Laure Bernadac by Michèle Alabouvette
The Africa Remix exhibition, backed by Total in Paris, was held at the Pompidou Center this summer. Already presented in Düsseldorf and London, it will soon be held in the Canary Islands, Tokyo and Stockholm. It presents contemporary African artists and demonstrates not only that art ignores frontiers and mixes cultures, but also that artists have their place in a globalized world regardless of their origins. |
