Inaugurated
in November 2003, three years after development studies got under
way, Total’s wind-power plant near Dunkirk in northern France
was conceived as a pilot project. Its five latest-generation wind-turbines,
supplied by three different manufacturers, will allow the Group
to collect valuable operating experience for future onshore and
offshore wind-power projects. |
