Total started up its activities in Yemen’s two oil-producing areas over twenty years ago and, since 2005, has operated the liquefied natural gas project Yemen LNG. Visiting the republic to report on the building of the plant, the globetrotting photographer Laurent Zylberman was captivated by nighttime in Sanaa, the gem of the Orient, and the tower blocks that form the skyline of the wild city of Shibam. |
