Shareholders' Club Detailed Terms and Conditions (pdf - 25 KB)

Previously there was the advantage for the members of the Shareholders’ Circle to double their fidelity points in service stations. From January 1st, 11 the partnership between the individual shareholders’ relations department and the Network in France has come to an end and the Shareholders’ Circle is now more focused on giving the opportunity to its members to discover Total activities.
A communication campaign had been lead in 2010 to inform our shareholders through the Shareholders’ Newsletter and the Circle’s program.
As per our engagement, it has been possible for the shareholders to request a new Club card directly to the Club Total that, so that shareholders can still benefit from the Club’s loyalty program and ask for the transfer of existing points on their Circle’s card to their new Club’s card.
Originally valid until March 31, 11 this device has been extended to June 30, 11 as the last deadline.
