The Individual Shareholder Relations Department seeks shareholders’ opinion with a changing study* throughout the year, related to the highlights of the year. Now, the study* will focus on the overall communication device, as well as a theme relating to current news.

2011 second half

The first survey, led from September 8 to October 13 was especially devoted to the Shareholders’ Circle. From November 29 to December 31, we sought your opinion on the Shareholders’ Newsletter and on our presence at the Actionaria trade show.

We thank all the shareholders who participated in these surveys. The results will be online soon.

2011 first half

From April, 26th to June, 1st a survey* focused on the overall communication device, as well as a theme relating to current news has been conducted on line.

Indeed it has been devoted especially to the new Internet system to take part and vote at the General Assembly.

The Individual Shareholders Relations team would like to thank the 390 shareholders who shared their opinion.
