Results of the shareholder satisfaction survey on your Shareholders' Newsletter

We had a total of 360 responses from our readers and we, again, thank those who participated. In general, 86% of you believe that "Total maintains good relationships with its individual shareholders". Your need for information is "somewhat satisfied", especially thanks to the Shareholders' Newsletter (which we are delighted to hear!). 66% of you read it "regularly" and 94% of you find it "clear and easy to access". It deals with topics that 74% of you do not read about "elsewhere".
The financial and corporate sections are the ones that interest you the most but you would often like to know more about the life of the company and new energies, and you sometimes demand a more international view. In the next few issues, we will attempt to meet your expectations.
