A Recent Shipping Fleet

Total has a fleet of around 63 tankers (including 6 LPG tankers) under medium and long-term charter. The fleet is modern, with an average age of approximatelyl five years and is predominantly comprised of double-hulled vessels.

 Tighter safety in sea transport
We have one of the most stringent vetting processes in the oil industry, and it is applied not only to charter vessels, but also to ships carrying cargoes owned by subsidiaries and/or transiting through Total-operated terminals.
