
On October 24, 2007 Total’s Individual Shareholder Relations became the first Shareholder Department to be awarded the ISO Certification 9001 version 2000, in honor of its communication services towards individual shareholders.
Total achieved this goal notably by strengthening its communications plan and increasing its personal interactions between the individual shareholder and the Group by using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program to create a history of Total’s relationship with each of its individual shareholders.
AFAQ AFNOR awarded this certificate to Total upon the completion of a detailed audit of the various communication processes that were implemented for individual shareholders.
This certification demonstrates the strength of Total’s commitment to satisfy, over the long term, individual shareholders’ needs for financial information. |
