Approximately 20% of these quantities came from fields or refineries operated by the Group. LPG trading involved the use of eleven time-charters, representing 220 voyages in 2012, and approximately seventy-three spot charters.

Storage of LPG

In India, TOTAL holds a 50% stake in South Asian LPG Limited (SALPG),a company that operates an underground import and storage LPG terminal located on the east coast of the country. This cavern, the first of its kind in India, has a storage capacity of 60 kt. In 2012, inbound vesselstransported 950 kt of LPG, compared to 850 kt in 2011 and 779 kt in 2010.
