A Promising Partnership for Total in Papua New Guinea
In July 2014, Philippe Blanchard left Paris with his family to open Total's affiliate in Papua New Guinea (PNG). The goal is to develop the Elk and Antelope fields' promising gas resources alongside partners InterOil, Oil Search and the PNG State, and build a natural gas liquefaction plant in cooperation with the local communities.
